NEC Foundation leadership
The Board of Directors of Disability Funders Network (DFN) elected Sylvia Clark as president in March 2003. Clark is executive director of NEC Foundation of America. DFN is an affinity group of grantmakers whose mission is to encourage more funders to support the range of organizations that serve people with disabilities and functional limitations.
